[Kaelen] Bonjour, oui, I am in great Paris the beginning of the Burke-Conte-Baker Odyssey. Our journey began in Dulles Airport. Then we caught a plane to Paris, where we are still very jet lagged. The group of us did some pretty cool stuff. First thing we did was go to see the world famous Eiffel Tower. I didn't know that the Eiffel tower was so tall. Just imagine building something that big in the late eighteen hundreds. They didn't have very sophisticated machines.

Then we had lunch; I tried snails for the first time. They tasted great!!!

After we were all full, we hopped on a tour bus. This bus stopped in different areas to let people walk around. We saw a beautiful sight, Notre Dame. The stained glass windows were beautiful.

Man I love PARIS. To finish the day off we had to run after the bus for a few blocks only to find out we had missed your last bus. So we rested under a tree on soft grass. Two police offers told us we couldn't sit there. We trudged sleepily home.
